Three incredibly powerful, and sometimes debilitating emotions.  Am I right?

They can come upon you without warning. Sometimes you don't even know the reasons why. Sometimes you know why but can't seem to move it all aside. They are that powerful.

The Bible talks about fear a lot. I mean A LOT! There are so many verses. Why are there so many? Because God knew that you and I would have trouble. He know that we would have trials. He knew that circumstances would sometimes render us emotionally helpless.

Because God loves you so much, He gave you a way out. Not necessarily a way out of the situation…but a way out of your fear, worry and anxiety. He gave you verses to read, memorize, and hold close to your heart.

Because, if God is for you, who can be against you?

I have put together 10 Bible verses for fear and anxiety. These are for you to print out. You can cut them apart if you want. Maybe even laminate them. Keep them in your wallet. Hang on your bathroom mirror. Put in your car.

And, when you feel all of those emotions rising up, grab the cards, read and pray. And pray and pray. And then let go…and let God.

As He says in Matthew 6:34 – Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble on its own.

My dad used to tell me that 99% of the things I worry about won't come true. I used to think that was just so dumb….and now, as an old…er adult, I know that statement is 100% true.
