I've got news. Want to know my new favorite lipstick? If you know me at all you know that I love lipstick (I think it brightens my face and I look more alive :). I just don’t wear it. There are many reasons why I don’t wear it:
As I get older my upper lip gets thinner (too bad I can’t say that for the rest of me). So, lipstick looks a tad weird
It seems to feather out into my skin and I then look like I am bleeding
I live in the middle of cow country and shopping for lipstick is non-existent
Buying lipstick is difficult on the internet because I don’t know if I will like the colors
Do you feel the same way?
My favorite lipstick now
A few weeks ago I was searching the internet for something on my computer. You know how it is….a rabbit hole of information. One thing led to another which led to another….and I discovered Color the World Lipstick. I was intrigued by the cute and colorful prints on their tubes so I clicked through to see what they had to offer.
I then found that Color the World Lipstick has a little quiz – ‘How to Choose the Right Lipstick Shade’. I took the quiz, got my answers and bought 2 tubes. One a tad on the red side and one a bit lighter and pearlier. I love them both. Actually, I put the darker one on 1st and the lighter on top. Making my own colors. See, I am creative in many areas. 🙂 They both look great on my face!
