Home Build Progress April 2024

The house is coming along nicely. The brick is installed. It will be pained an off-white color (the same color as the chimneys). The cedar siding is installed. It will be painted the same color as the brick.

I must say – it's been fun to see the vision become a reality.

🏡Tile is well underway. The laundry tile might be my fave so far. Although the master bath is great too!

🪜 The bannister person is trying to figure out my bannister! I love the design!

And then there are the non-sexy things – like air conditioner units and a framed fireplace!

A few side yard pics for you…the pool is small but mighty! My husband has a building with his space in it. I think it is the fave of the whole neighborhood!
