I love to create for the seasons. My husband and I recently built a house and decorated it completely. I have been saving things for 30 years….and I am the queen of stuff…so I I really need nothing! But those creative juices are always going and I need to make something! So, if not for me why not my 2 youngest children who recently got married? They have only been married a few years so I thought they might like some fall pillows.

Now, I would never presume to just make something without asking. Especially something as personal as a pillow. I did some research and narrowed down the SVG’s (Scalable Vector Graphic) for them to choose from and the pillows covers. The covers had a bunch of colors….this is the one they chose. Personally I think they both came out great and the looks are completely different in their individual homes.

The pillow covers come in a pack of 2 for less than $16.00. The girls wanted burgundy (fall color). There are about 20 colors to choose from. The size is 18 x 18. You can purchase them HERE.

I purchased the SVG from Etsy. The vinyl is Siser Easy Weed from Expressions Vinyl – they have GREAT prices. The color is cream.

I used the Cricut Maker and the Cricut Easy Press for both pillows. Cricut makes awesome cutting machines. And if your are curious, check it out HERE if you have no idea what I am talking about 🙂
