Easy peasy caramel corn is not only awesome to eat…it makes amazing gifts. Especially around any holidays. This post features Christmas…but Valentines Day or Birthdays are perfect too. Caramel Corn Supplies Used:

Add brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, vanilla and salt in large sauce pan.
Bring to a rolling boil.
Boil 3 minutes. Stirring Constantly.
Remove from heat and add 1T baking soda. Mixture will foam.
Pour mixture over puffed corn and stir. You need to move quickly so it doesn't harden.
Spread mixture on a baking sheet – spread it all out.
Cook for 30-45 minutes, stirring ever 15 minutes.
Dump onto parchment paper and let cool.
Break into pieces and enjoy!
