Simple cards are so quick and easy to make. And, there are so many different looks you can get with stencils. I used to struggle with blending colors until I discovered Distress Oxide Inks. They are simply amazing. And the colors are great too!
All the details and ‘how to’s’ are in the video below.
For each card –
I put the stencil in my Tim Holtz Splat Box and sprayed with Pixie Spray. That ensures that all the little edges do not lift up. I blended the ink with my Taylored Expressions blending brushes. I then used differed stamps and dies, plus ribbons and sequins from my stash.
I also used –
Neenah 110# card stock.
Simon Says Stamp & Gina K envelopes

For this card I used the following:
Altenew Leaf Burst Stencil
Distress Oxide Inks –
Peeled Paint, Forest Moss and Moved Lawn
The Stamp Market – Thank you so much stamp and die
Lawn Fawn Noble Fir cardstock
Simon Says Stamp All the Thanks stamp for the envelope
I stamped the ‘Thanks so much’ with Distress Oxide ink and put a double layer of clear embossing powder on top (gives a smoother look).

For this card I used the following:
Simon Says Stamp Tumbling Leaves stencil
Distress Oxide inks – Fired Brick, Candied Apple, Barn door,
