Pattern Paper is a great resource for anything craft related!

And it is especially wonderful when you want to mass produce something…like gift tags!

I really had no idea what I wanted to give out as gifts this year to my friends – I decided to make them gift tags. I made a bunch (so hard to stop – kinda like eating potato chips)! I wanted to just keep making them!

Using pattern paper really speeds up the process.

I grabbed what I had in my stash and I am unsure if it is available or not anymore. BUT – don't despair – I have found alternatives for you…in fact, I love them so much I might need to grab a few collections myself! For all of the Pattern Paper Gift Tags I used:

• Simon Says Stamp Stitched Dress Up Tag die set
• Pebbles Merry Little Christmas pattern paper
• Lawn Fawn Lawn Trimmings (twine)
• Lawn Fawn Jet Black Ink
• Neenah 110# card stock

For the Pattern Paper Gift Tags above:

• I adhered strips of pattern paper to a 4.25″ x 4″ scrap of white cardstock. The video shows you how I did it.
• I then cut them with the Simon Says Stamp tag die
• I die cut snowflakes and trees for embellishments using:
• Mama Elephant Snow Flurries Creative Cuts
• Lawn Fawn Scallop Treat Add On – Winter House (I used the tree)
• Memory Box Swirl Bell (think it is discontinued)
• MFT Stamps Winter Trees (think it is discontinued)
• Rhinestones that I colored with a sharpie
• Tonic Aqua Shimmer Pen

For the Pattern Paper Tags above:

• The patter paper had a few sheets of tags already printed. I cut them out and glued white cardstock behind to make it sturdier.
• Added Aqua Shimmer Pen to the details
• Tied with Lawn Trimmings

Easy Peasy!

For the Pattern Paper Tags above:

• The main tag was cut with red cardstock.
• The top was cut with the pattern paper
• The pattern paper had a few sheets of designs already printed. I cut them out and popped them up with foam tape.

For the Pattern Paper Tags above:

• The patter paper had a few sheets of tags already printed. I cut them out and punched a hole in the top.
• I cut the tags and the tops with the Simon Says Stamp die.
• Thread through both with Lawn Trimmings.

All tags have ‘To' and ‘From' stamped on the back. I used Lawn Fawn -‘Say What Christmas Critter' stamp set

As a bonus – 

I thought I would use a different pattern paper and show you that ANY paper can be used. This paper is definitely not available (don't forget that I have found some GREAT pattern papers for you.). In case you want to know the name – ‘Milk and Cookies' by Doodlebug.

MOST Christmas pattern papers have tags and things that are pre-designed ready for you to cut out.

The tags on the right feature Simon Says Stamp Stocking Tag die. I cut it out of 1 pattern paper and 1 out of red….and made 2 tags.  I love those too!
