Healthy Smoothie Recipe

Equipment

  • 1 blender

Ingredients
  

  • 8-12 ozs Almond or plant based milk
  • 1-2 scoops Protein Powder - your choice
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup whole oats (not instant)
  • 1-2 Tbsp nut better
  • 1/2-1 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Place it all in a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

Optional Additions:
2T chia seeds
1 handful spinach
1 apple or other fruit
yogurt
coconut
nuts
