Shop Positively Jane is an online business that designs physical products, templates, and documents just for YOU.

All of Shop Positively Jane’s templates and documents are available for immediate download after payment is received. An email will be sent to the email address you used at check out. That email will include the links to your download.

01. Can I share the downloads?

No. ALL downloads purchased from the PJ Shop are intended to be used by the purchaser only. Do NOT copy and distribute. Direct all of your interested friends to the shop.

02. When will I receive my digital product?

Your download will be sent immediately. It will drop into your inbox.

03. I did not receive my digital product.

Check your in-box. Not there? How about your spam folder? Still not there….let us know: Hello@positivelyjane.net

04. Do you make all of the physical products yourself?

All of the physical products are produced by Jane herself or in Design Studios that Jane has vetted and used herself.

05. Why are products shipped from different places in separate packages?

In order to give you the best quality experience, Positively Jane uses different vendors to produce the best products for you.

06. Do I have to pay for separate shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated on the weight of actual products purchased. Not by shipping company.

07. what is your return policy?

All products (with the exception of the Laminated Cash Envelopes) are custom made just for YOU. As a result, there are NO returns unless your item is damaged in some way.

There are no refunds on Digital Products - no exceptions. 

08. my product arrive damaged - what should I do?

send an email to hello@positivelyjane.net. Let us know what happened and we will issue a replacement as soon as possible.
